This much needed expansion of the City’s public works service center included a new administration building, a new warehouse, an expansion to the existing maintenance building, and associated site utilities, paving and appurtenances. The administration building is a new 2-story, 14,000sf conventional structural steel office building with a standing seam metal roof and brick façade. The new warehouse facility is a 10,000sf pre-engineered metal building with stone façade on the south wall. The maintenance addition is a 3,330sf expansion of the service bay.
