For a bidder to be selected as a subcontractor on a project, and before a contract is executed, the subcontractor must show they:
have the proper insurance coverage.
have the manpower and equipment to perform the work specified
can provide a performance bond on bids of over $500,000
have a Subcontractor Pre-qualification Questionairre on file with Bass (We base our Award of Contract on price and other factors) See the link at the bottom of this page to download the SPQ.
