To Retail Center

This 10,000 s.f. retail center in Rosenberg, Texas was a design-build project utilizing a Butler pre-engineered structure and roof. The walls were masonry block and glass store front with a stucco fascia. This shell allowed the Owner to accommodate several new tenants as the leasing progressed at a very reasonable rate.
