A major renovation during the summer months of the existing HVAC system and upgrades to a new BAS system helped to bring this campus up to today’s industry standards and improve efficiency. A complete demo and replacement of the existing baseball field bleachers, ticket booth, concession stand and restrooms helped to transform this complex into one of the finest facilities in the City. A new CCTV system, replacement of exterior door and gate hardware, and site parking lot lighting was installed to provide a more secure site. Upgrades and additions to the storm sewer system helped to improve the drainage problems at the campus.
