Alvin Volunteer Fire Department #3 was completed January of 2008. It is a 3-bay station with the following facilities to serve the firefighters when need be: Radio Room, Exercise Room, Kitchen, Fire Storage, Men’s and Women’s RR, Storage Areas and an Enclosed outdoor generator pad. Although Bass placed second in the price category of this CSP, the company's credentials boosted us to the most qualified and successful bidder in the grading system. Bass was then able to meet the city's tight budget, while providing the City with all changes requested.
