New community center in Mission Bend. The 20,654 square foot custom steel structure is clad in masonry and horizontal metal panel siding. Interior spaces include a full size gymnasium, game room, teen room and various types of classrooms. Support spaces include office, conference room, restrooms, break area and storage spaces. Finishes include carpet, vinyl composition tile, sports floor, sealed concrete, porcelain and ceramic tile, painted drywall, suspended ceiling grid and tile system, and architectural millwork. Concrete paving for eighty-six (86) vehicles is included, as well as landscaping and irrigation.
