This project includes a strategic building addition and comprehensive interior renovations to enhance the operational capacity of Little York Fire Station No. 83. Scope of work includes modifications to existing apparatus bays for emergency response vehicle support, reconfiguration of living quarters to improve functionality and comfort, and the addition of a dedicated exercise room to support firefighter wellness.
The new construction features a steel frame structure clad in masonry veneer and metal wall panels, ensuring durability and long-term performance. While the existing apparatus bays remain integral to emergency response operations, they are not intended for use as vehicle repair facilities.
