Little York Fire Station No. 82

This 12,000-square-foot fire station features a three-bay apparatus building constructed with a structural concrete slab, pre-finished metal panels, and masonry veneer for long-term durability and low maintenance. Designed to support 24-hour operations, the facility includes eight firefighter dormitories, two officer dorms, five bathrooms, a full-service kitchen and dining area, an exercise room, and a day room to promote wellness and readiness.

The layout and construction reflect a commitment to operational efficiency, comfort, and resilience—ensuring the station meets the evolving needs of emergency response personnel.
