The facility includes a radio room, exercise room, full kitchen, fire equipment storage, men’s and women’s restrooms, general storage areas, and an enclosed outdoor generator pad—ensuring functionality, resilience, and comfort for 24/7 readiness.
Although Bass Construction ranked second in the pricing category of the competitive sealed proposal (CSP) process, the firm’s qualifications and project approach earned the highest overall evaluation score. Bass successfully delivered the project within the City’s constrained budget while incorporating all requested scope modifications, demonstrating both flexibility and commitment to client priorities
