FBRLP Fort Bend Rice Land

This 12 acre site included a 12,000 s.f. pre-engineered crane building with Offices and Break Rooms, in addition to over 5 acres of Laydown area constructed by Bass´ Earthwork Division. The manufacturing building included two (2) 30 ton top running cranes operating on the same rail.
