Bass Construction designed and built this office building on a fast paced time line and in the spirit of today´s green construction technology, was constructed with the new Koreteck Panelized Building System. The new panel, which qualifies for LEED Construction, delivers a whopping R24.8 when the 6″ panel is used and R33.1 for the 8″ panel. The Roof provided was a Butler MR24 standing seam with 6″ R19 insulation to complete the well insulated energy saving building envelope.
