Ryan Carter

Project Superintendent

Ryan joined Bass Construction after graduating from University of Texas in 2015. Since joining Bass Construction, Ryan has proved to be an asset both in the field and in the office. When he is not out in the field, Ryan assists in the estimating process attending pre-bid meetings and contacting sub-contractors. This, combined with his field experience, has given Ryan a greater understanding of how a project runs from beginning to completion.

As project superintendent, Ryan ensures the smooth delivery of projects through careful scheduling of manpower and materials. He also monitors his projects from a quality control standpoint to make certain the work meets not only the architect’s requirements, but also the owner’s needs.

Ryan enjoys seeing a project through from start to finish. He likes the challenges that comes with each new project.
