Conveniently located on TX-36 a half-mile south of the US-59, the Center is West Fort Bend County´s affordable choice for successful corporate and leisure events. The Center offers 16,000 square feet of well-appointed space for business and social functions accommodating small and large meetings and receptions for up to 600. The Center, which now is a wireless internet "hotspot", includes a state-of-the-art projection system, a 5900 square foot ballroom, a boardroom, and multi-media room.
The building is a pre-engineered structure with standing seam roof and metal stud / brick and stone exterior veneer. In addition, a unique 50´ tall clock tower stands in front to signify Rosenberg´s early start as a late 1800´s train depot.
