Client: City of Missouri City
This much needed facility was completed using a three phase method, due to it needing to stay fully operational during the construction process. Bass worked with the City to coordinate this move. First, we included getting a majority of the paving in to set up a staging area to accommodate the temporary facilities, transition and perform the demolition of their 30 yr old facility. That paved the way to provide a site for the city's newest member of the fire department family; a spacious 8,000 square foot facility equipped with a full kitchen, exercise room, two bay apparatus room, six dorm rooms, multiple office spaces, lobby, generator room, breathing apparatus room, outside / inside maintenance room, gear room and generator / electrical room.
