Speed of Construction, appeal, functionality and cost concerns drove this project. The county required it all and Bass Construction delivered. The building houses the J.P. Court, Precinct One Commissioner´s Office, and the Ft. Bend County Constables Office. It consist of brick exterior, architectural standing seam roof, and was constructed using pre-manufactured metal trusses. The building is practical and beautiful.
